Any item that offers a warranty option will clearly display this information on the product details page. You may select a warranty before placing the item into your shopping cart. If you do not choose a warranty before the item is in your shopping cart, don’t panic… You will also be given the option to add a warranty before you checkout.
It is very important that our customers know that once the order is complete, they will not be able to go back and add a warranty. Whether it is 1 minute, 1 day or 1 week later, we unfortunately cannot add this feature to a previous order at this time. Therefore, we ask that you PLEASE decide whether or not you would like to buy the warranty before checking out.
Any item that is purchased without a warranty will be covered by our standard 30 day return policy. If the item is a refurbished product and a warranty was not purchased, it will fall under our 60 day return period.
