Follow us THROUGH THE WAREHOUSE and see our Refurbishment Process for Yourself!

We know that many people are skeptical about purchasing refurbished products and we understand that the “Refurbished” label on a product seems scary when you don’t know what the process entails.  So the NoBetterDeal.com team has decided to bring the Refurb Process straight to you!  We will be breaking our process down into video segments to capture each step an item undergoes before it is listed for sale.   This journey will be titled “Laptop Lifestyle: A Trip Back to the Future.” We must admit, we think you’ll be impressed with our thorough, high-level testing and the high-quality of finished products!

Before our first video clip is posted, here’s a bit of Refurb information that may be useful for your future shopping experiences:

Refurbished items are goods from the consumer supply chain that have been thoroughly inspected and cautiously restored to the original factory condition with 100% satisfaction.  When we say consumer chain, we mean that the product came from one of three sources:  Consumer Returns, Factory or Retail Overstock, or a Manufacturer Discontinued product line.  While it is true that some refurbished product may have been defective, it is not true in all cases.

The most common misconception about refurbished items is the “junk” concept.  It is thought by many that these products are nothing more than crap that was broken/ defective before being repaired.  In reality, it’s quite the contrary.  You will see in our videos that only a small percentage of “refurbished” items have defective components and the cosmetic appearance is comparable with that of a new product.

There are several advantages to purchasing Refurbished items.  The first and probably the most obvious is lower cost for the consumer.  It isn’t unlikely to save up to 30% of retail on an item bought refurbished rather than brand new.  Also, many manufacturers still provide a warranty on their refurbished merchandise.  To be on the safe side, however, make sure that you make a refurb purchase from a trusted source (like NoBetterDeal.com!).  But if you shop elsewhere, make sure to do a bit of research to find out if the product will come with a warranty, whether or not there’s an option to purchase an extended warranty, or if the item is covered by a secure return policy.
