Return/Exchange Policy:

NoBetterDeal.com guarantees your satisfaction 100% and currently offers a 30 day Return Policy for all items on the website (60 Days for Refurbished items).

If you receive a damaged/defective/incorrect item or an item that was listed incorrectly (not in the condition that it was listed as), please contact customer service to arrange for your merchandise to be returned to us for a full refund or for an exchange, when available. Please note that we will not charge a restocking fee for any item that is returned due to damage, improper functionality or incorrect shipment. Also, shipping will be refunded to you and NoBetterDeal.com will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you would like to return your merchandise for any other reason*, please notify customer service within 30 days of the date the product was received. NoBetterDeal.com may charge a 15% restocking fee for the return/exchange of the item and will refund all other costs minus shipping.

Our NEW! Return Policy for Refurbished Products extends the return policy window to 60 Days! Please contact customer service within 60 days of the date the item was received to arrange for return pick up or an exchange.

If you have purchased a Pick-Up Item, please inspect the item carefully before leaving the warehouse. If you need to return a pick-up item, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Form before taking the product back to the warehouse.

I can’t afford a new laptop right now, but I am out of memory space on my laptop.  I need a safe and reliable way to store all of my files.  There are many options under the Drives & Storage section of the Computers category of NoBetterDeal.com.  I’ve never purchased anything like this before, so I was pleased that each hard drive has it’s own description.  When I looked for a better price on this particular hard drive that I chose, I literally could not find one.  Even shopping comparison sites couldn’t match the $34.99 list price.  I spent a total of $41 with shipping, handling, and tax.  The package was delivered in two days!! The hard drive works great and I could not be happier with my purchase!

We love our TV!! It is awesome!!

The item I’m submitting for review is a Sonia Bravia EX710 55-inch KDL55EX710 1080p LCD HDTV, which we received this week. The condition of the box we received it in was good, only alittle tear in one corner, but it didn’t effect the product at all. The condition of the TV was excellent. The condition code listed for the product was NEW. The TV works great. My husband hooked it up and he is not a computer expert. We both can’t believe the picture! It fits perfectly on our tv stand. The picture is unbelievalble! You can see every detail! I would recommend the product and this website! We searched and saved over $500 compared to any other place. THERE WAS NO BETTER DEAL anywhere!! We were nervous because we had never heard of or ordered from this place before….but it is a legit site!! The tv came in 11 days, and they notified us along the way. I love this site and the TV!! Thanks so much.
